You can access saves at Android/data/com.mtc.deltarune/files
Be aware that if the folder doesn't exist the saves won't be accessible, just go to Android/data and make a folder with corresponding name, "com.mtc.deltarune". The needed files will appear in it as soon as it is created.
If you can't find the save files in there it might be due to Android limitations, go to the settings app, in the "Apps" section search for the app named "Deltarune", in permissions enable "Storage", open the app to update the saves location.

The Save Folder
The location of game save files is Android/data/com.mtc.deltarune/files.
Save files are named filech1_n and filech2_n, with n being a number.
It as well includes several other files and configurations.
It's recommended to not mess with ini files since, due to the way the game works, deleting certain files could be catastrophic (like deleting FilesBackup.ini for example).
Save Editing
If you have existing saves in the save folder, copy the save file you want to somewhere accessible.
Slot 1 saves correspond to filech1_0 and filech2_0
Slot 2 saves correspond to filech1_1 and filech2_1
Slot 3 saves correspond to filech1_2 and filech2_2
Go to the website: Spamton Save Editor
Choose if you're editing Chapter 1 or Chapter 2 save files.
If you have an existing file upload it, otherwise the page itself offers a link to a blank save. (It comes with Slot 1 name by default, you may rename it manually so it fits other slots).
You now may edit the save file!
Once you finished click on Update and Download
Copy your newly downloaded save to the save folder.
